SCOTT LEYVA
 
Scott joined Palazzo Press in 2002 as partner and photographer, responsible for
all in-studio, location, and stock photo assignments and digital processing, as well as web development. Prior to this role, he held engineering design and management positions at JDS Uniphase and KLA-Tencor in San Jose. Scott earned a B.S. degree in Physics & Math, and a B.S. in Economics, with continued studies in digital imaging from D65/Seth Resnick and Adobe Certification programs. He is a member of APA and the Los Gatos Art Association, and operates a fully digital workflow with Nikon equipment and Adobe software. Scott's award-winning work has been on exhibit at the Aegis Gallery of Fine Art in Saratoga, CA, and in juried shows at the Los Gatos Art Museum.

DONA LEYVA

Dona founded Palazzo Press as sole proprietor in 2000, and is responsible for daily operations, project management, print and web design, editorial, and photo styling. Prior to this role, she worked for 9 years as managing/publications editor at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation in Los Altos, and previously for 4 years as editor, production manager, and staff writer for South Bay Accent, the first Silicon Valley lifestyle magazine. She holds a B.A. degree in Journalism, with continued publication, design, and food- and photo-styling studies from Stanford University, DeAnza College, the Culinary Entrepreneurship Program, and Adobe Certification programs. She is a member of Bookbuilders West, IACP, and AIWF. Dona is proficient in the use of Adobe CS3 versions of Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and QuarkXPress.
